Türkiye'nin en önemli rock gruplarından DUMAN, 4 yıl aradan sonra yeni albümlerini Sony Music etiketiyle yayınladı. Duman I ve Duman II isimli iki ayrı albümü aynı anda yayınlayarak Türkiye'de bir ilki gerçekleştiren DUMAN, 20 yeni şarkı ile sevenlerine büyük bir sürpriz yaşattı.

İlk kez bu albümlerde prodüktörlük görevini de üstlenen grup, uzun süren bir hazırlık sürecinin ardından kayıtlar için İrlanda'yı seçti. Duman I ve Duman II'nin tüm kayıtları, Dublin'deki Grouse Lodge Studio'da 65 günde tamamlandı.

Duman üyelerinin imzasını taşıyan şarkıların yer aldığı albümlerin bir sürprizi daha var. Grubun canlı performanslarında kendileriyle birlikte sahne alan ve artık grubun önemli bir parçası haline gelen davulcu Cengiz Baysal'ın sözü ve bestesi kendisine ait 2 şarkısı albümde yer alıyor.
