Hülya Avşar, üçüncü kez yapılan yargılamada 1 yıl hapis cezasına çarptırıldı

Komşusu Nazmi Karbuz’un 13 meyveli ağacını kestiği iddiasıyla 2002 yılından bu yana yargılanan, mahkemece verilen 2 beraat kararı Yargıtay’ca bozulan Hülya Avşar, üçüncü kez yapılan yargılamada 1 yıl hapis cezasına çarptırıldı. Avşar’a verilen ceza, 5 ay hapis ve 90 TL adli para cezasına çevrilerek, “denetimli serbestlik” kapsamında 5 yıl süreyle ertelendi. Avşar, bu süre içerisinde herhangi bir suçtan ceza alırsa, hükmolunan karar uyarınca cezaevine girecek.
